Waitdancing
And here I am again waiting,
That from so much waiting
Hope has already turned into a dance
Time has turned into a cloak
And my face shows only wrinkles
But my will, it never tires!
No matter how much I advance, it doesn't matter
I am always behind and late
How much delay can a life contain?
How many more times will I be overtaken?
When will I be the master instead of the pupil?
When will I be, once and for all, the last in line?
I keep this anguish in my chest
And wait for long, better days
Alongside certainty and its surroundings
That I did everything that could be done
